PET（Polyethylene Terephthalate）is a high-performance thermoplastic material.Features: high transparency, good rigidity, food contact approved, recyclable.
PS（Polystyrene）stands for Polystyrene.
It includes GPPS and HIPS. GPPS is transparent but brittle. HIPS is opaque with good impact resistance.
It is low-cost and easy to thermoform, commonly used for disposable trays, cake boxes and blister packaging.
PVC is a rigid transparent plastic sheet ideal for vacuum forming and thermoforming.
It can be made into boxes, trays, lids, blister packs, and various packaging products.With good transparency, high rigidity, and stable forming performance, PVC is widely used in food packaging, cosmetic packaging, and industrial packaging.
Our Multi-station machine can stably process PP, PET, HIPS, PVC thermoforming sheets.It has two forming sizes: 720×760 mm and 720×850 mm. It can process sheets from 0.2 mm to 1.8 mm, supporting PET, PP, HIPS, PVC etc materials.The production speed reaches 10–15 cycles/min. It is compatible with your existing molds. Equipped with servo motor and 60-ton cutting force for clean cutting.
