The Machine (Forming Area 700×800mm) has three separate stations: forming, punching and stacking. It’s specially made for high-transparency thin-wall packaging with BOPS and PET sheets, with key advantages of material saving, energy saving and stable production. It can produce a wide range of products, like hanged container, clamshell, bakery box, egg tray, paper bowl lid and so on, optimizing production efficiency.

Traditional ceramic heater consume excessive power and cause over heating of BOPS/PET products.

  1. HY-70/80 features a dual heating system: heating A zone and in-mold heating B zone, flexible mode switching satisfied varied heating demands of BOPS and PET materials.
  2. Replacing conventional ceramic tile heaters with heating plates,which fits closely to mold with fast heat transfer and zoned temperature control to cut heat loss, power consumes lower to 15-20kw/h.

HY-70/80 is equipped with a stable sheet feeding system, which maximizes material utilization.

  1. Driven by a servo motor, the sheet feeding is constant and controllable.
  2. Equipped with 3 sets of clamps: 2 sets clamps firmly hold the material sheet to prevent it from falling down, and 1 set move sheet forward together.
  3. Multi-sets guiding roller holds material sheet forward strongly.

PET(APET/R-PET) features high transparency, good low-temperature resistance, non-toxic and odorless, safe for food contact, environmentally friendly and recyclable. It is suitable for packaging container for bakery pastries, fresh food, fruits, vegetables, cold drinks and other products.

HIPS(High Impact Polystyrene)

HIPS features good toughness, easy processing and low cost, and can be anti-static, suitable for structural support packaging such as electronics, hardware, toys liners and lids covers.
